What is our Return Policy?

Our policy is 14 days from when your order is shipped. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do offer store credit upto 20 days from when you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with the return slip.

What should my item look like?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with all the product tags and in the same condition that you received it.

We are not responsible for any pom poms, ornaments, bows etc that may come off any items.

Are all items able to be returned?

Hair accessories including headbands and bows etc. have a 7 day return policy. 


What happens if 14 days pass?

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after shipped, will get a store credit. After 20 days pass, we do not accept returns.


Do I get a complete refund on my order?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


What if I didn't receive my refund?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Am I able to return sale items?

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.


Can I exchange my items for a different size or color?

The same rules apply like returns. Make sure your item is in the original packaging, then send it back to us.


What do I do with a damaged item?

If an item comes damaged, please notify is within 24 hours. Email us pictures of the packaging and item (as we are careful when sending our items). We will inspect items if they are defective or damaged within 24 hours of receiving. What happens if I got an item as a gift?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be issued to you.

Who pays for the returns?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
