RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise in its original condition with tags attached. Used items cannot be returned. To ensure your refund or store credit is processed, please include the original packing slip with your return, whether by mail or in person.

     Regular-Priced Merchandise:

* Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery for a refund (shipping costs are non-refundable).

*Returns received within 21 days of delivery are eligible for store credit.

*Items returned after 21 days will not be accepted and can be picked up by the customer in-store or shipped out at the customer expense 

*Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

      Sale Merchandise:

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

      Exchanges:

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

     Wrong Items Received:

*If we sent the wrong item, we will provide a return label. Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery to process a replacement.

    In-Store Returns for Online Purchases:

*Online purchases can be returned in-store but follow the same policy:

*14 days for exchange or store credit.

*Sale items are final sale.

    Store Pickup Orders:

Items picked up in-store are eligible for a 14-day exchange or store credit.

    Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if we provide a return label the return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt.
