Shipping & Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

 

Regular Priced Merchandise

Merchandise not on sale must be received by us within 14 days from receipt (as defined when our carrier delivers the merchandise to your address) for a full REFUND less shipping.

You have up to 21 days from receipt of merchandise for us to receive your return for STORE CREDIT. After 21 days, we will not accept any merchandise for return. Should we receive any return merchandise after this 14 day period, these items will be available for pickup in our store.

 

Sale Merchandise

Items purchased on sale at ANY DISCOUNT are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange your merchandise, please follow the return instructions above and return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

 

Wrong Item Was Received 

If we made the mistake of sending you the wrong item, we will issue you a return label. You have up to 14 days from receipt of merchandise for us to receive your return and send you the requested replacement item. 

 

Exchanges and Web Returns In-Store

Items purchased online can be returned in-store but are subject to our REGULAR store policy as detailed below.

 

Store Pick Up

All merchandise received through our online Store Pickup option are subject to this policy as detailed below:

Items are subject to a 14 day in-store EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT for future use. After 14 days from the date of your purchase, no item will be accepted for exchange or credit.

Used merchandise cannot be returned.

All items eligible for RETURN, EXCHANGE, or STORE CREDIT must have all tags intact. All sale items are FINAL SALE.

Who pays for the returns?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
