Thank you for visiting and shopping at Little Toes. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
How long will it take to have my order processed?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During our holiday seasons, around September and March, please allow 2-3 more days for processing.
For in-store pickup, please allow 2-3 days for processing.
When is the cut-off time for the day?
Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (EST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed prior to 2 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Can I track my package?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Who pays for customs, duties and taxes?
Little Toes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
What if my item came damaged?
If an item comes damaged, please notify is within 24 hours. Email us pictures of the packaging and item (as we are careful when sending our items). We will inspect items if they are defective or damaged within 24 hours of receiving. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@littletoesch.com and send your item to: 421 Kingston Ave Brooklyn New York US 11225.
When opening merchandise, please be careful as we are not responsible for any snags or holes etc.
I did not receive my item, what now?
Little Toes is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all and take pictures of packaging materials before filing a claim.
